Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Eligibility:
- Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours from the time of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
2. Cancellation Procedure:

- Customers will be required to provide their order number and details of the item(s) to be cancelled.
3. Refund Processing:
- If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 days of cancellation.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, customers may still request a cancellation, but a restocking fee may apply.
4. Restocking Fee:
- A restocking fee of 5% of the total order value may be deducted from the refund amount for cancelled orders that have already been processed or shipped.
5. Exceptions:
- Certain circumstances, such as items on backorder or custom-made products, may not be eligible for cancellation or may be subject to additional cancellation fees.
- Pre-order items may have specific cancellation terms outlined at the time of purchase.
