All orders placed via prepaid mode, that is, Credit Card, Net Banking or Debit Card, shall be sent to you on the shipping address registered with us. Any order more than a total of Rs 2000 is eligible for free shipping. Orders below Rs 2000 will be charged a minimal cost of Rs 100.
Time Frame To Process An Order
The delivery to the provided address will be carried out anytime between 8 AM to 8 PM, between Monday to Saturday, excluding all public holidays.
The package will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative, i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However, Praylady takes no responsibility for your package signed by an alternative person. Praylady is not responsible for damage post-delivery.
Any complaints with regards to your order need to be registered with Customer Care within 3 business days of your order delivery for resolution.
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on the location, product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out, and customers will be made aware of the rates before making final payments.
Non-Delivery Of Package
Failed Delivery Attempts: Our shipment partner shall make three attempts to deliver your package, and after unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will consider the order status as closed.
Refused by Recipient: If you are sending a gift to someone and they refuse to accept the package because they think it is being sent to them by error, then the package will be returned to us as delivered, and the order will be considered as closed. By informing your gift recipient that they should expect a package, you will help us ensure that they receive your gift.
Registration
Praylady strives to provide you with a stress-free and enjoyable online shopping experience. However, since opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept, exchange or return opened or used products once delivered.
We will provide free of cost replacement of the product within 7 business days after the product has been delivered, in case you have:
- received item(s) in a poor, damaged or mutilated condition.
- received an item(s) that is different from the item(s) that you have ordered from us.
(NOTE: Please provide video/photographic evidence of damage or item replacement while registering a complaint with Customer Service)
- No refunds will be made after the products are damaged post-delivery.
- To get a full refund, please return the item(s) to us in their original packing in unopened and undamaged condition, with all original tags/labels attached along with proof of purchase within 7 business days from date of receipt of items(s) at your end.
- All costs associated with returning the item to us, including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable, shall need to be taken care of by you.
- Gift cards, personalised products, sale, clearance and promotional items are not eligible for a return or exchange.
- Original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Returned orders take 5-10 business days to return, depending on your location and availability.
- If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our sales/support team and inform them at the earliest possible.
- Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will initiate a refund procedure for your money within 7 working days.
- Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Praylady.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or handling after delivery will not be covered under this Policy.
- The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. It may take 3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
